HISTORY AND GENERAL ORGANIZATION ACTIVITIES

Beacon English Academy has been established as an avenue for academic excellence in Northern Nigeria. We have now established the centre in Kano and Katsina. The centre is strictly base on English courses intoto. The centre polishes English to students from both elementary levels up to advance levels (primary students to masters’ students). To that end, all students regardless of academic specialization will receive high-level training in the kind of English that is more prevalence in the UK and US. Therefore, BEA is accessible to all interested students and teachers regardless of race, creed or regionalization.
BEA wants to be a leader within English academic circle by providing enhanced sound English services that exceeds the expectations of our esteemed students.

SCOPE OF WORK

BEA conducts research and does consultation in English language courses. BEA also undertakes school supervision in English teaching methodology and gives seminar to teachers in English courses and also gives coaching in classroom control in a highly standard way that meets the standard of both British and America. The centre also gives intensive training to those who want to take TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge A Level Exam. We also give special coaching in English to those who want to polish their English across Nigeria especially to politicians, artistes and business tycoons. One can have their programme either online or offline.

BEA offers a British and an American style in English education in keeping with international best practices. Most of our instructors have experiences on a British and an American education system. They have all come to BEA not only to pass on their knowledge but to break new ground and extend the frontiers of English knowledge through research. They have come to contribute to the development of Kano people, and help train the leaders who will lead that development.
